Our Process
All Gilded Age Greetings products are handcrafted. As with any handcrafted product, there are variations. We maintain extremely high standards for production of all of our products, however we can not guarantee that the images represented on this website, will be identical to the images viewed on your computer screen. Resolution and settings on individual's computers can alter the images as well as the natural variations that are consistent with hand crafted products. You agree that products purchased from Gilded Age Greetings, will contain these variations.Many of our products are hand gilded, and hand penned. As they are made to order, we can not accept any returns on such items. We will gladly replace any typographically error, which is our fault at no charge to the customer.
All our greeting cards are made using fine quality paper or calf vellum. These materials do sometimes warp once the colors are applied. This is part of the process of producing these fine works and we can not accept any returns based on this natural part of our handmade process.
